Halibut Sorbet

A Halibut is a type of fish. Sorbet is a frozen dessert similar to a frappé, sometimes made from fruit juice and having a mushy consistency. In this case the Sorbet is made from the juice of a Halibut. The illustrated book, 'How to Juice a Halibut', by Master B. Atrix, is available from our online bookstore.
